www.stagandraven.com is a site operated by Stag and Raven Ltd. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 09407877.

Delivery Policy

Items are dispatched on weekdays Monday-Friday. Our aim is to have your order dispatched within 24 hours (weekends and bank holidays not included). We deliver our products using Royal Mail Signed For delivery and Special Delivery, also a number of UK Couriers.

  • Standard delivery is £3.95 using Tracked or Signed For services (3-5 working days)
  • Royal Mail Special delivery is £9.95 (usually next working day)
  • Over £30: We offer Free Delivery and use Royal Mail and UK Couriers 

Working days are weekdays, not including bank holidays. 5 Working days from a Monday would therefore take us to the Monday the following week.

The Free Delivery option is NOT SIGNED FOR. If you want that option please request this at the Checkout. 

Delivery times are an estimate, as we do not personally deliver items ourselves we are not able to guarantee when an item will arrive, it might be quicker, it might be slower but it will most likely arrive smack bang when you expect it!

On all Signed For and Special Delivery orders a signature is required for the delivery. Free Delivery does not require a signature so if you would like this option please select Signed For at the checkout.

For all Clothing and Phone Cases. These are dispatched within 72 hours of an order being taken, starting the first working day. For any queries, please email us directly at info@stagandraven.com

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be totally happy with your order. But on the rare occasion you are unhappy, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt via email to info@stagandraven.com. We will then issue you with a returns code. Please write it on the back of your parcel. If you do not get a returns code it could delay the refund of your item. Items should be returned in their original condition within 14 days. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your parcel. We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us. If items are received back with us in an unsellable condition, or after the 14 day returns period, they will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Postage costs for your order and return are non-refundable unless the item we sent you was incorrect or damaged.

If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item from us you must email us within 7 days of your parcel arriving. Please enclose photographs of the faulty or damaged item where possible. Once the parcel has been posted out to us please email us a photo of your postage receipt in order to receive a refund for your postage costs.

We aim to exchange any incorrect items as quickly as possible but we recommend that you get in touch with us as soon as you can to avoid any delays. If you do not email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, we will not be able to refund any items damaged in transit.
If you believe you have a faulty item and it is outside of the 7 day period, please send us an email including photos of the item and we will refer the case to our head office or the manufacturers for a final decision.

We are not responsible for any returns sent back to us that are lost in the mail. We highly recommend using a tracked service so that the status of your parcel can be checked if there is any delay.

We are not liable if your return is lost before it reaches us, in this situation, you will need to make a claim with your postal service provider.

Promo Codes

Codes are valid for the dates advertised and cannot be added retrospectively to orders that were placed outside of the promotional dates. Sale items are included if advertised. Only one code can be redeemed on an order.

Our Prices

All our prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) at 20%. All prices are as accurate as possible, every effort has been taken to ensure no mistakes have been made, if however we find any inaccuracies on the site we reserve the right to amend these errors to the correct prices without prior warning or notice. Our sale items and special offers are only valid for a specified time. STAG AND RAVEN reserve the right to alter these prices &/or withdraw such offers at any time without prior notice.

Order Placement

To place an order simply select the product you would like to purchase by clicking on Add to Cart, once you have finished browsing the site you can then proceed to our secure checkout area. If you have registered your details with us previously you will be asked to log-in, if not you can create an account or if you’d prefer you can use our quick order facility enabling you to make a purchase without having to register with us. All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.
Please note our initial email confirmation simply acknowledges your order it does not confirm it or make it legally binding. The order between STAG AND RAVEN and you, the customer, is only accepted when the payment has been processed, stock allocated and the order has been dispatched. We do reserve the right to decline your order, if that’s the case we will contact you if we require further information or we are unable to fulfill your order.

Stock Availability

We have worked hard to ensure we have the appropriate stock levels to meet demand however, sometimes an item does prove more popular than we anticipated. As a result some items on our site may be out of stock from time to time. We do sometimes take orders on out of stock items and you can request to be emailed when an item that you are interested in comes back into stock. This can be done really easily on the relevant product pages.

Complaints Procedure

We hope you have enjoyed shopping at Stag and Raven but if you are not completely happy with your order or have a problem of another nature please contact us via email at info@stagandraven.com. Alternatively you can message us via our Facebook page. Our office hours are Monday – Friday between 10am – 6pm. We take all complaints very seriously and aim to reply to all messages within 12 hours.

Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and are 100% committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected at all times. When registering for an account or at various stages of the checkout process you will be asked to provide certain information; invoice address, delivery address, name etc. This information will enable us to effectively process your order and manage your account, it is not collated for any other purpose.

We do not store customers Financial Information (Credit or Debit Card Details). We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your consent or are required by law to do so. If you sign up to our newsletter we will send you periodic emails about new product launches, special offers and sales. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials you may opt-out at any time. If you choose not to sign up to our newsletter the only emails that we will send you will be essential order related emails (order confirmation & dispatch notifications).
